About Sam

Sam discovered Pilates following a lower back injury for which she was prescribed Pilates by a Physiotherapist. She fell in love with the Pilates exercise method and the many health and well-being benefits she experienced through Pilates.  Sam retrained and became a Pilates and Fitness Instructor and works with a variety of clients from complete beginners to more advanced participants.
