Sam discovered Pilates following a lower back injury for which she was prescribed Pilates by a Physiotherapist. She fell in love with the Pilates exercise method and the many health and well-being benefits she experienced through Pilates. Sam retrained and became a Pilates and Fitness Instructor and offers a variety of mat based Pilates classes, ranging from beginner to more challenging sessions.
Sam has a keen interest in working with “peri through to post-menopausal” women, she believes that Pilates is body-changing, empowering, and essential. Her focus is to provide Pilates sessions to help you feel healthy, happy and strong.
