Cancellation Policy

Health Advisory: Before participating in any class or appointment, it is strongly recommended that you consult your General Practitioner (G.P.) if you are experiencing pain, have any spinal or joint issues, or have recently undergone a medical procedure or operation. Participation is not advised for those who have had an injury, surgery, or medical procedure within the past six weeks. Additionally, our classes and appointments are not suitable for pre-natal participants. Liability Agreement: By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation, whether directly or indirectly. You agree not to hold any instructor at Ceris Gratton-Jones liable, and you waive any right to seek compensation, penalise, or prosecute in the event of such occurrences. Cancellation Policy: Once a class or appointment is booked and confirmed, cancellations are allowed but are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or to other members.
