About This Lesson
Pre/Post Natal members can join any Pilates classes taught by Jess or Ceris, unless stated otherwise.
The Pilates classes are designed to focus on strength and flexibility, whilst improving circulation, posture and body awareness with pre/post natal exercise options.
We offer a complimentary consultation via video or voice call with Ceris for new pre/post natal clients to discuss which class option is most suitable. The consultation along with completion of our health form is compulsory prior to taking part in any class.
Private 1-2-1 pre/post natal classes are also available to book.
