About This Lesson

Our Pilates classes are great for improving range of movement, flexibility & core strength. This class combines basic Pilates exercise with natural movement fitness, providing a lasting sense of well-being & calm. This a great way to help focus your mind & raise your level of conscious through controlled functional movements.

You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues or had any recent medical procedures / operations prior to commencing any class. If you have had an injury, operation or medical procedure within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.

This class is not suitable for pre natal Clients.
