About This Lesson

This is a mat-based class. Great for improving range of movement, flexibility & core strength. This class combines basic Pilates exercise with natural movement fitness, providing a lasting sense of well-being & calm. This a great way to help focus your mind & raise your level of conscious through controlled functional movements.

You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues prior to commencing any class at the studio.  If you have had an injury within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.
