About This Lesson

This is a whole body workout using a Swiss-ball. This class is excellent for core strength & is designed to improve posture, balance & muscle tone.

Suitable for members with previous Pilates experience, including pre/ post- natal members with at least 3 months previous Pilates experience.

You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues or had any recent medical procedures / operations prior to commencing any class. If you have had an injury, operation or medical procedure within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.
