About This Lesson
Join Jen on a journey of yoga discovery in a friendly, gentle, no expectations class which will help to improve your flexibility, strength & balance.
(This class is not suitable for pre natal Clients)
You are advised to consult you G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues prior to commencing this class. If you have had an injury within the last 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.

Jen has a background of 15 years nursing experience in ‘Accident & Emergency’, took several years away from work to concentrate on bringing up 3 children. Recently Jen has discovered the wonderful benefits of Yoga & is now a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher through the British School of Yoga.
