About This Lesson
This session is for new members and provides an opportunity to meet our trainers, discuss your fitness needs and assess your fitness level.
You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues prior to commencing any class at the studio. If you have had an injury within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.
These sessions are held monthly.
The next Yoga introductory session will be on Monday 2nd March at 6:45 pm – 7:15 pm.
The next Pilates introductory session will be on Tuesday 3rd March at 6:30 pm – 7 pm.
