About This Lesson

The introductory classes / courses are for new members who have not had any previous Pilates or Yoga experience.  The classes provide an opportunity to meet our trainers, discuss your fitness needs and assess your fitness level.

You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues prior to commencing any class at the studio.  If you have had an injury within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class / course.

Pre – natal Clients are required to book a 1-2-1 Pilates introductory class before attending a group class.

New members that have had previous Pilates or Yoga experience within the last 6 months & do not suffer with any injuries or major health issue are welcome to book a class using our guest pass.
