About This Lesson
Join us for a muscle release workshop.
This workshop will include muscle release techniques using any of the following; tennis ball, spikey massage ball, myofascial release ball or foam roller.
Ceris will guide you through the common trigger points & how to release muscle tension to improve blood flow and increase body awareness.
This will be a mat, chair & wall based workshop. Please have a hand towel available for this workshop.
