About This Lesson

This New Pilates class is designed to:

Increase Heart Rate – release endorphins and improve mood with low impact movements, options to increase intensity.

Strengthen muscles, bones, and connective tissues – using body weight, bands, or light weights (get your water bottles at the ready).

Mobilise – mobility exercises to increase your ability to move freely and easily.

Improve Balance – maintain or improve stability, falls prevention and confidence building.

(Not suitable for pre-natal members)
