About This Lesson
This is a great chance for New Members to start their Pilates journey with some basic Pilates movements.
This is also a good opportunity for existing members to refresh & revisit fundamental Pilates exercises.
We recommend revisiting the fundamental movements to reinforce the bodies engagement with the exercises.
This workshop will help members understand how Pilates principles set the foundation for good practice, including how to progress, strengthen & mobilise the body effectively.
You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues or had any recent medical procedures / operations prior to commencing any class or workshop. If you have had an injury, operation or medical procedure within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class.
This workshop is not suitable for pre/post natal members.
